PURSUANT TO ART. 9 OF THE PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 18/138 OF 23.4.2018 BY THE GUARANTEE COMMISSION

Users are hereby informed that, for Friday, May 29, 2026, the CUB Trasporti trade union has announced its participation in the 24-hour (twenty-four hour) general strike, proclaimed by CUB, SGB, ADL COBAS, SI COBAS, and USI-CIT on April 9, 2026.

Please note that the proclaiming trade unions are not present within the company and no strike participation has been reported by the Company Trade Union Representatives (RSA).

This strike has been called for the following reasons:

1) Against war, the war economy, and the increase in military spending – AGAINST EU policies and the presence of NATO in Italy. FOR Peace, starting from the Middle East and Europe. FOR investments in Healthcare, Education, Transport, regional safety, and Welfare, the deterioration of which deepens existing inequalities and poverty;

2) Against labor exploitation, job insecurity, and the failure to adjust wages for public and private sector workers. FOR significant increases in salaries and pensions. FOR the approval of a minimum wage measure of no less than 12 Euros per hour and FOR the reintroduction of an automatic mechanism to adjust wages to the cost of living;

3) Against the Genocide in Palestine, the supply of weapons to Israel, and the absence of concrete intervention to dissociate from the horrific crimes perpetrated by the Government of Israel in Palestine and Lebanon, as well as those perpetrated by the USA in Venezuela, Cuba, and Iran – FOR support for the new Flotilla mission and the protection of volunteers committed to bringing aid to the Palestinian and Cuban people. FOR sanctions against Israel and the USA, as well as the breaking of diplomatic and commercial relations with Israel and the USA;

4) Against the absence of social policies, starting with the housing emergency and the lack of development plans for public housing; FOR a serious reform of social safety nets;

5) Against the repressive policies of various “Security” decrees (such as Legislative Decree 23/2026 and previous ones from 2025) designed to strengthen the repression of dissent, protests, and urban security;

6) Against the entire framework of Law 146/90 and Law 83/00 which limit the right to strike, as well as the abuses of the Guarantee Commission, with resolutions that restrict the right to strike and the attempt to muzzle struggles in the Logistics sector. FOR the repeal of Law 146/90 and Law 83/00. For a democratic law on trade union representation;

7) Against the absence of industrial policies capable of addressing ongoing transitions and overcoming the phase of strong conflict, triggering a process of further deindustrialization and exploitation of the working classes and laborers;

8) Against workplace deaths – FOR the protection of workers’ health and safety inside and outside the workplace.

Furthermore, please be informed that the participation rates recorded by the aforementioned trade union during the last strike are as follows:

Puglia: 0.0%

Basilicata: 0.0%

All services will nonetheless be guaranteed during the protected time slots, namely from 5:30 AM to 8:30 AM and from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, the schedules for which are indicated in the attached prospectus, along with the trade union bulletins.

At the end of the strike, service will resume regularly.
