Customer Satisfaction Survey 2025 – Passenger Notice

Dear passengers, please be informed that Ferrovie Appulo Lucane (FAL) is conducting the first phase of its 2025 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY, which will run until 7 June 2025, to assess customer perceptions of service qualityThe survey will be conducted through face-to-face personal interviews, carried out on board trains and buses throughout our entire rail and road network. Interviewers from Studio Associato R.P. Consulting (Bari) will be clearly identified with official badges.

All questionnaires will be anonymous and will include questions on passenger demographics and evaluations regarding perceived quality and the effectiveness of recent service improvements implemented by FAL. The results of this survey will later be published and communicated via official company information channels.
