Bus route changes in Modugno starting August 15, 2025

Please be informed that, due to celebrations in honour of Maria SS Assunta in Cielo, the Municipality of Modugno has ordered the closure of Corso V. Emanuele, Piazza Garibaldi, Piazza Sedile, Piazza Capitaneo, and Via Roma on Friday, 15 August 2025, from 18:00 to 23:59.

Consequently, during this period, all affected FAL bus services will observe the following route changes:

• Buses from Bari towards Modugno, bound for Bitetto or Palo del Colle:

  SS 96 → Nuovo Pignone → Stop at Hotel A14 → Viale della Repubblica → Roundabout for route inversion → Stop opposite Hotel A14 → SP1 → Motorway link road → Exit SS 96 → Stop at Piscina Preti (Via P. Marzi no. 23) → SS 96 → SP 224 (SS 96 link road) towards Bitetto or SS 96 towards Palo del Colle.

• Buses from Bitetto or Palo del Colle towards Bari:

  SS 96 from Palo del Colle or SP1/SP 224 from Bitetto (SS 96 link road) → Modugno → SS 96 → Stop at Piscina Preti (Via P. Marzi no. 23) → Exit SS 96 → Motorway link road → Enter Modugno via Viale della Repubblica → Stop opposite Hotel A14 → SP1 → Nuovo Pignone → Bari.

Bus services not scheduled to pass through Modugno town centre will remain unaffected.

All existing bus stops along the specified alternative routes will be served.
