1st Customer Satisfaction Survey 2026

We wish to inform our passengers that, from May 25 to June 10, 2026, FAL will conduct the first Customer Satisfaction survey of 2026, aimed at monitoring the level of quality perceived by travelers regarding rail and bus services.
The surveys will be carried out via anonymous questionnaires through personal “face-to-face” interviews on board vehicles and across the FAL network by representatives of Studio Associato R.P. Consulting of Bari, who will be provided with a specific identification badge.
The questionnaires will contain questions relating to the type of user, the degree of satisfaction with the service, and the evaluation of improvement initiatives undertaken by the Company.
The data collected will subsequently be processed and disseminated through the company’s information channels.
