Transparent Administration

For the purposes of Legislative Decree no. 33 of March 14, 2013, Ferrovie Appulo Lucane is committed to ensuring the transparency of administrative activities, which constitutes the essential level of services concerning social and civil rights pursuant to Article 117, second paragraph, letter m), of the Constitution, as provided for in Article 11 of Legislative Decree no. 150 of October 27, 2009, and which is ensured through the publication, on the institutional websites of public administrations, of information relating to administrative procedures, according to criteria of easy accessibility, completeness, and simplicity of consultation, in compliance with the provisions regarding State secrets, official secrets, and the protection of personal data.

Our official website will also publish the relevant financial statements and final accounts, as well as the unit costs for the realization of public works and the production of services provided to citizens.

Based on Legislative Decree no. 33/2013, Ferrovie Appulo Lucane ensures the essential levels referred to in paragraph 15 of the same decree, with particular reference to the procedures for:

• authorization or concession;
• selection of the contractor for the awarding of works, supplies, and services, also with reference to the selection method chosen pursuant to the code of public contracts relating to works, services, and supplies, as per Legislative Decree no. 163 of April 12, 2006;
• granting and disbursement of subsidies, contributions, grants, financial aid, as well as the attribution of economic advantages of any kind to individuals and public and private entities;
• competitions and selective tests for the recruitment of personnel and career progressions as referred to in Article 24 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree no. 150 of 2009.
