Strike Notice – CISAL on 28.02.2025

PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 9 OF THE PROVISIONAL REGULATION ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 18/138 OF 23.04.2018 BY THE GUARANTEE COMMISSION

Passengers are hereby informed that on Friday, February 28, 2025, the trade union F.A.I.S.A. C.I.S.A.L. PUGLIA has proclaimed the second 24-hour strike of the personnel of Ferrovie Appulo Lucane s.r.l.

The strike has been called due to issues related to:

• Non-compliance with the agreements recorded in the minutes of April 30, 2024;
• Lack of response to the request for a meeting regarding “EMI and EML shifts” dated August 19, 2024;
• Lack of response to the request for a technical roundtable dated September 13, 2024.

It is noted that the participation rate recorded by the aforementioned trade union during the last strike was:

F.A.I.S.A. C.I.S.A.L. PUGLIA: 4.07%.

However, all essential services will be guaranteed within the protection time slots, specifically from 5:30 AM to 8:30 AM and from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. The schedule is detailed in the attached document along with the official strike proclamation.

At the end of the strike, normal service will resume.
