Second Customer Satisfaction Survey – survey completion

We inform our valued customers that FAL will proceed, from January 7 to 12, 2026, with the completion of the second Customer Satisfaction survey for the year 2025, aimed at monitoring the Perceived Quality by the Clients.
Sample surveys will be conducted through a detailed questionnaire, via personal face-to-face interviews on board vehicles, throughout the entire rail and road network. The interviews will be conducted by personnel from Studio Associato R.P. Consulting of Bari, equipped with proper identification badges.
The questionnaires will be anonymous and will contain information regarding user demographics, as well as Customer evaluations of service quality and the renewal initiatives undertaken by the Company. The collected data will subsequently be disseminated and published through the appropriate corporate information channels.
