Bus Route Change in Altamura

We inform our valued passengers that, starting from October 21, 2025, on the occasion of sporting events organized by Team Altamura Calcio, the Municipality of Altamura has arranged, on an experimental basis for six months and until further notice, the closure to vehicular traffic of via Mura Megalitiche in the direction of the Municipal Stadium “Tonino D’Angelo”.

Therefore, only during such events, all FAL bus services coming from Bari and directed to Gravina will follow the following alternative route:

S.S.96 – via Bari – right turn onto via IV Novembre – via XXIV Maggio – FAL stop at the FS Station square HUB – viale Mons. Domenico Chierico – viale Padre Pio da Pietrelcina New FAL Stop (Sports Palace) – via Tarcisio Pisani – via Gravina – via Ferri Rocco – S.S.96.

The FAL stop located on via Mura Megalitiche, near the Q8 service station, will be temporarily suspended in conjunction with sporting events.

Services directed to Bari will follow the reverse route. The new stops will be made on the opposite side with respect to the direction of travel.

The following time slots are excluded from the prohibition, during which normal bus transit in the urban center on usual routes will be permitted: 04:00 – 08:30; 12:30 – 15:30; 22:00 – 23:59.
