Dear passengers, please be informed that, on the occasion of the celebrations in honour of Saint Irene, the town centre of Altamura will be closed to vehicular traffic on Piazza Zanardelli, Via dei Mille, Piazza Unità d’Italia, and Corso Vittorio Emanuele on 5 May 2025, from 14:00 to 23:59.

As a result, all affected FAL bus services entering and exiting Altamura will follow the alternative route below:

Buses from Bari to Matera and Gravina (via Altamura):

• Via Bari

• Via Mura Megalitiche

• Via Santeramo

• Altamura Ring Road

• S.S.96 → S.S.99 towards Matera

• S.S.96 towards Gravina

Buses from Matera and Gravina to Bari will follow the reverse route.

The only authorised stops in both directions will be:

• Via Santeramo, near the Church “La Trasfigurazione”

• Via Mura Megalitiche, at the corner with Via Bari

• Via Bari, near Parco San Giuliano
