Reliability Index

Passengers with a monthly subscription are entitled to compensation if, during its validity period, they experience a series of delays or cancellations (not replaced with bus services).
Compensation can be requested if, during the subscription’s validity month, the services offered, due to reasons attributable to Ferrovie Appulo Lucane, achieve a reliability index below 90%, a value calculated based on the number of trains arriving at their destination with a delay of 15 minutes or more and the number of canceled trains (not replaced by substitute bus services).
