PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 9 OF THE PROVISIONAL REGULATION ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 18/138 OF APRIL 23, 2018, OF THE GUARANTEE COMMISSION

We inform the concerned public that the trade union F.A.I.S.A. C.I.S.A.L. Puglia has declared the first strike action by the personnel of Ferrovie Appulo Lucane s.r.l. on TUESDAY, JANUARY 21, 2025, lasting 4 (four) hours, from 3:40 PM to 7:39 PM.

The strike has been called due to issues related to:

• Failure to comply with the agreements in the memorandum of April 30, 2024;
• Lack of response to the request for a meeting on ‘EMI and EML shifts’ dated August 19, 2024;
• Lack of response to the request for a technical meeting dated September 13, 2024.

We inform you that the participation rate recorded by the aforementioned trade union in the last strike was:

F.A.I.S.A. C.I.S.A.L. Puglia: 5.23%

However, all essential services as identified within the guaranteed service windows will be ensured, specifically from 5:30 AM to 8:30 AMand from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, as outlined in the attached schedule, along with the strike proclamation.

At the conclusion of the strike, regular service will resume.
