Further to previous communications regarding the national strike called by the National Confederations CGIL and UIL for the entire day of Friday, November 29, 2024, which has been joined by the trade unions FILT-CGIL and UILTRASPORTI of Puglia and Basilicata, we inform the concerned public that the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport has issued Ministerial Ordinance No. 200 T, attached in full, which mandates a REDUCTION TO 4 (FOUR) HOURS of the exercise of the right to strike, in compliance with guaranteed time slots.

Therefore, on Friday, November 29, 2024, the national strike will be limited to 4 (four) hours, from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM, in accordance with the guaranteed time slots.

The information previously provided concerning the reasons for the strike, the participation rates recorded by the aforementioned trade unions in the last strike, as well as the routes covered during the guaranteed time slots, i.e., from 5:30 AM to 8:30 AM and from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, is hereby confirmed.

Service will resume regularly at the end of the strike.
