PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 9 OF THE PROVISIONAL REGULATION ADOPTED WITH RESOLUTION NO. 18/138 OF APRIL 23, 2018 BY THE GUARANTEE COMMISSION
We inform interested users that for Friday, December 12, 2025, the trade union FILT CGIL has announced its participation in the general strike proclaimed by the National Confederation CGIL for the entire working day. This strike has been called for the following reasons:
– “To change the Budget Bill that will worsen people’s living and working conditions by affecting workers, retirees, young people and women”;
– “To demand a stop to rearmament and investments in healthcare, education, non-self-sufficiency and housing and social policies”;
– “For a real tax reform that introduces progressive taxation on all income, taking money from great wealth and tax evasion, stopping generalized flat tax and amnesties, returning fiscal drainage to workers and retirees and introducing an inflation indexation mechanism for personal income tax (brackets, deductions, supplementary treatment, etc.). Increasing resources to support the renewal of public and private contracts by extending taxation of salary increases for all workers and a real pension reform that overcomes the Fornero law and introduces a safeguard pension for young people and precarious workers”;
– “To request measures and investments aimed at relaunching industrial and tertiary policies to counter relocations, create new jobs and follow through with a real development strategy for the country and for the South”;
– “To safeguard employment, support an extraordinary plan for hiring in public administrations, counter the precariousness of employment contracts, counter non-genuine contracts and cascading subcontracting, invest in and protect health and safety at work”.
We inform you that the data relating to the participation percentages recorded by the aforementioned trade union in the last strike are:
• Puglia 7.63% – Basilicata 3.56%
All services will be guaranteed during the guarantee periods, namely from 5:30 AM to 8:30 AM and from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, whose schedules are indicated in the attached schedule, together with the union bulletins.
