Establishment of New Hub in Altamura from October 13, 2025

We inform our valued passengers that, by Mayoral Ordinance, the Municipality of Altamura has ordered the closure of the city center to vehicular traffic to allow for the reorganization of the urban public transport service. In order to ensure service continuity, in addition to the intermodal exchange HUB already active on via Santeramo (corner of via R. Scotellaro), a second HUB has been established at the FS Station Square. Therefore, starting from October 13, 2025 and for an experimental period of 6 months (unless otherwise notified), all FAL services will be prohibited from transiting through the urban center of Altamura during the time period 00:00 – 22:00. The following time periods are excluded from the prohibition, during which normal bus transit through the urban center on usual routes will be permitted: 04:00 – 08:30; 12:30 – 15:30; 22:00 – 23:59. Furthermore, train replacement services may continue to travel freely on their itineraries without limitations. The services affected by the Ordinance and illustrated in the attached schedule must observe departure times and follow the routes provided from the following intermodal exchange HUBs: via Santeramo HUB, FS Station Square HUB.
