Bus route change in Bitetto, July 22, 2025

Please be informed that, due to the religious procession in honour of Santa Maria Maddalena, the Municipality of Bitetto has ordered the closure of the town centre to vehicular traffic on Tuesday, 22 July 2025, from 18:00 to 23:59.

Consequently, during this time period, all affected FAL bus services will follow the alternative route detailed below:

  • Initial stop: Via Abruzzese at the junction with Via Trattati di Roma, near the Polivalente School Complex of Bitetto.
  • Buses will then continue via the Ring Road (Circonvallazione) and SP1, followed by the SP207/SP206 Ring Road, reaching Via Cardinale Francesco Colasuonno, where an FAL bus stop will be provided.
  • Outbound route: buses will proceed along Via L. Pesola → SP87 → SP207 Ring Road, before resuming their regular routes towards Modugno – Palo del Colle – Toritto.
