Bus Route Change in Altamura

We wish to inform our passengers that, on the occasion of the “2026 Carnival Parade,” the Municipality of Altamura has ordered the closure of the city center to vehicular traffic on Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Therefore, on the date and during the time slot indicated above, the bus route no. 146 Matera – Bari at 2:30 PM, scheduled to pass through the town of Altamura at 2:58 PM and 3:00 PM, will follow this alternative route:

SS96 – Via Santeramo HUB – Via Mura Megalitiche – Via Bari, before resuming the regular scheduled route.

The following stops will be made for passengers to board and alight: at the Via Santeramo HUB (near the Church of the Transfiguration), on Via Mura Megalitiche (corner of Via Bari), and on Via Bari (Parco San Giuliano area).
