Activation of Ticket Sales in Tobacconists

Dear passengers, please be informed that from 2 April it will be possible to purchase all travel tickets – both single tickets and season passes – for rail and bus services at all tobacconists in Puglia and Basilicata that are part of the PuntoLis network.

Old kilometre-based tickets will expire on 31 May 2025. From 1 June 2025 onwards, these tickets will no longer be accepted by FAL, and it will not be possible to request a refund.

Please note that, at present, tobacconists are not authorised to sell free travel tickets intended for passengers in protected categories, nor discounted tickets reserved for members of the Police Forces, Armed Forces, and Fire Brigade.
