the wider protection of the rights of the users above all through the attention to the needs of their own clients, their appreciation, critics, suggestions, complaints, which represent an incentive in order to better address the company choices and set the targets for the continuous improvement of the service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Complaints can be forwarded:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Via email to relazioniesterne@ferrovieappulolucane.it;<\/li>\n<li>Via email using the forms indicated below, either for the Railway and for the Car Service, according to the indications given by the Transport Regulation Authority;<\/li>\n<li>Via regular mail addressed to the registered office of the company: Ferrovie Appulo Lucane s.r.l. \u2013 corso Italia, 8 \u2013 70123 BARI \u2013 ITALY<\/li>\n<li>Via fax at +39 \/ 080 \/ 57 25 497<\/li>\n<li>Through registers written in Italian and English, available at the station ticket offices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>It is no possible to file a complaint by phone.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ferrovie Appulo Lucane s.r.l. commits to give a reply to the complaints that ask for an answer, within a month from the date of the company protocol, notifying to the user if the complaint has been receive, rejected or still in progress.<\/p>\n<p>However, the necessary time to give a final answer has to be within three months from the date of the company protocol.<\/p>\n<p class=\"v1p1\">In the event that the Company encounters a delayed complaint, the user is entitled to receive automatic compensation calculated based on the criteria indicated in the link provided below.<\/p>\n<p class=\"v1p1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ferrovieappulolucane.it\/docs\/indennizzi_5.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" months from the date of the incident and include all passenger identification details, along with the most accurate possible description of what occurred (date, time, train or bus service number).<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, in order for us to process your complaint, you must attach a copy of your identification document and the ticket used for travel.<\/p>\n<p>Complaints missing even one of these requirements will not be processed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>In order to reply to the complaint, it is necessary for the user to give the following data:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>name \u2013 surname \u2013 address \u2013 phone number \u2013 email and a precise description of the event (date \u2013 time \u2013 number of the train or bus).<\/p>\n<p>The data supplied by the clients are treated in compliance with the Legislative Decree 30th June 2003, n. 196 Code on Personal Data Protection.<\/p>\n<p>In case of an inadequate reply or, in case of the lack of a reply on the part of the
